Job Description

Purpose: We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist to reputed company the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across digital channels. This role is critical to driving customer acquisition, increasing ROI, and supporting full-funnel marketing strategies through paid search, paid social, programmatic, and other performance channels. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day management of paid campaigns across reputed company Ads, reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, programmatic display/retargeting, and CTV platforms (e.g., reputed company, Vibe).
• Implement and QA conversion tracking for reputed company campaigns using tools such as reputed company Tag Manager (GTM), UTM parameters, conversion pixels, and first-party tracking solutions.
• reputed company and execute paid media and retargeting strategies reputed company with cross-functional goals (CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance daily and reputed company real-time optimizations to improve ROAS, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ad creative, copy, targeting, and reputed company pages to improve campaign performance.
• Partner with creative teams to produce platform-specific ad assets, including static, video, and carousel ads.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting across reputed company campaigns.
• Regularly report on campaign insights and optimization recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Certifications in one or more of these areas strongly preferred: reputed company Analytics (GA4 Certified), reputed company Ads, reputed company reputed company, reputed company Marketing, or reputed company
• Experience with healthcare, B2B, B2B2C and B2C, or regulated industries preferred
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) in digital advertising

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Marketing, Digital Media
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, with direct ownership of paid media campaigns
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns across reputed company, Bing, reputed company, reputed company, and CTV platforms
• Strong working knowledge of tracking tools and methods: reputed company Tag Manager, UTM structures, Facebook Pixel, reputed company Ads conversion tracking, etc.
• Experience building and managing retargeting audiences across platforms
• Excellent understanding of multi-channel attribution and how paid media fits into the broader customer journey
• Proficiency in campaign analytics tools (reputed company Analytics, Looker Studio, reputed company, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

The starting salary range for this position is $77,000 and $85,000 per year. Placement in the starting pay is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
