Your Opportunity as Director, Sales-Kroger (Frozen Handheld & Spreads/Coffee-US Retail Sales) Work Location/Arrangements: Working Remotely reputed company 200 miles of Cincinnati, Ohio (location of key account) and reside near major airport. Preferred location: Cincinnati, Ohio In this role your primary responsibilities will include: Deliver the Business

• Responsible for achieving profitable sales growth by building & executing annual customer business plans
• reputed company strategic annual business plans and track to reputed company or exceed net sales targets
• Omnichannel marketplace awareness and business application understanding
• Utilize syndicated/other customer data sources to manage and inform strategic and tactical plans
• Effective KPI and trade budget management and visibility
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly sales forecast accuracy and effectively communicating business performance and needs

Accelerate Team Performance

• Responsible for developing a team of sales employees at varied reputed company levels, located throughout the US.
• reputed company and reputed company direct reports and cross-functional field support teams to maximize effectiveness, in accordance with JM Smucker (JMS) resonant leadership expectations
• Manage with appropriate interpersonal styles and approaches to reputed company acceptance of reputed company or plans and serve as agent of change in leadership

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ Years Sales Experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, including at the HQ level
• 5+ Years large sales team management, people management experience and proven track record of inspiring a team to execute plans
• Strong Customer Management Skills- use of syndicated data sources such as reputed company or IRI
• Understanding of P&L Management, Category Management, Trade Promotion Management, Pricing Structures and Trade Terms
• Experience with Key Customer: Kroger
