Job Description

The Patent/IP (intellectual property) Attorney Expert provides legal advice and counsel for a broad range of businesses and moderately reputed company/moderately sensitive issues, particularly patent preparation and prosecution, open reputed company, and IP counseling. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics are particularly relevant in this role. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school. USPTO registered patent attorney. 5+ years of patent drafting and prosecution experience in a law firm or technology company. Backgrounds in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics, as well as experience with machine learning, AI, software, telematics, sensors, and insurance reputed company technologies, are particularly relevant in this role. Experience counseling business partners on open reputed company software and data matters.
