ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re seeking a well-organized and creative events marketing manager to join our growing commercial team. You’ll play a critical role in executing our in-person and virtual event strategy, ensuring we’re deepening relationships while driving strong brand awareness of reputed company among top employers and decision makers. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Execute reputed company’s event strategy, supporting each event from selection through post-event wrap-up, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders remain reputed company
- Manage project plans, vendor coordination, material shipments, and on-site or virtual logistics to support smooth execution
- Track budgets and expenses for reputed company events, maintaining clear documentation and timely updates
- Coordinate post-event reputed company uploads and follow-up details in partnership with sales and marketing operations
- Support coordination for virtual events such as webinars, including invitations, technical set-up, and follow-up
- Support on-site operations as needed
