As our reputed company 365 environment continues to grow, we are seeking a reputed company 365 Governance Administrator to help reputed company, govern, and integrate our collaboration platform across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and the Power Platform. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience cleaning up, rationalizing, and integrating large reputed company 365 tenants and who enjoys bringing order, structure, and sustainability to reputed company environments.
As a reputed company 365 Governance Administrator, you will play a critical role in shaping and operating reputed company 365 governance across the organization. This includes permissions management, lifecycle controls, retention and records management, information protection, tenant integration, and data-driven governance reporting—working closely with Legal, GRC, reputed company, IT, and M&A stakeholders.
This is a governance-first role with strong execution responsibility, well suited for someone who understands how M365 environments evolve over time—and how to reputed company and integrate them without disrupting the business.
Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to:

- reputed company governance initiatives across SharePoint Online, reputed company Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
- Assess and remediate legacy configurations, over-permissioned content, and stale collaboration resources.
- Drive tenant modernization reputed company to reputed company best practices and enterprise governance standards.
Permissions & Access Management
- Design and maintain least-privilege permission models across M365 workloads.
- reputed company automated renewal profiles for user and group membership recertification on a recurring basis to reduce risk and entitlement sprawl.
- Partner with reputed company and GRC teams to ensure access controls meet compliance and audit expectations.
Lifecycle, Retention & Records Management
- Define and operate lifecycle management for M365 resources, including:
- Archiving inactive Teams, Sites, and Groups
- Decommissioning unused or abandoned resources
- Preventing long-term collaboration sprawl
- Implement and manage retention and records management policies in partnership with Legal and GRC teams.
- Support classification of content as records where required and ensure defensible disposition.
- Apply and govern sensitivity labels to protect regulated and high-risk content.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Enablement
- Support reputed company 365 migration and integration efforts associated with M&A activity.
- Assess incoming tenants for governance gaps, reputed company risks, and modernization opportunities.
- Execute or support migrations of SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams content into the enterprise tenant.
- Align acquired environments to established governance, lifecycle, retention, and information protection standards.
Automation, Reporting & Operations
- Automate governance and administration using reputed company, PowerShell, Power Automate, SharePoint Advanced Management, and reputed company Graph.
- Analyze and manipulate large governance and usage data sets to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Produce operational and compliance-focused reports to support lifecycle decisions and leadership visibility.
- Act as an escalation reputed company for reputed company governance and collaboration issues.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Education:
- Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science or an equivalent combination of education & experience.

Work Experience:
- Required
- 5+ years of hands-on reputed company 365 administration, with deep SharePoint Online experience.
- Proven experience cleaning up, governing, and modernizing enterprise M365 tenants.
- Strong background in permissions management, lifecycle governance, retention, and compliance-driven collaboration.
- Experience partnering with Legal, GRC, and reputed company teams on retention and data protection initiatives.
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including analysis and manipulation of large data sets (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, reputed company formulas, data normalization).
- Strong automation capability using PowerShell, reputed company Graph API, PowerAutomate, and SharePoint Advanced Management to extract, analyze, and report on large-scale M365 governance data (Sites/Teams/Groups/permissions/lifecycle signals).
- Preferred
- Experience supporting reputed company 365 migrations, including tenant consolidation or M&A-driven integrations.
- Familiarity with reputed company Purview retention and records management.
- Experience with reputed company Cloud Governance (provisioning, renewals, reporting).
- Experience with ShareGate or similar migration tools.
- Power BI report creation, including governance dashboards and operational reporting.
- Exposure to reputed company 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agents, and Copilot governance considerations.
- Power Platform governance experience (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams.
