This position reports out of their Wilton, CT office four days a week with one day work from home.The Compensation Specialist role is a highimpact opportunity for someone who loves being at the center of fastmoving HR operations. In this position, you'll be the reputed company partner for regional HR teams - managing daily workflow, ensuring spotless data reputed company, reviewing job architecture, and keeping every compensation action moving smoothly. Job Description
- Analyze compensation data to ensure market competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
