• Entering work orders into our computer system for scheduling purposes, based on direction from our dental office for each case
• Contacting accounts with any delivery conflicts and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Organizing work throughout our lab and delivering to departments as required
• Verifying the content of outgoing orders by accurately reviewing prescriptions, work tickets, and other applicable notes
• Assisting with reputed company, reputed company, and USPS shipments and ensuring timely delivery
• Answering telephone calls and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders
• Assisting with nightly cleanup of your work area and maintaining a safe and organized workspace
