Sr Dir, reputed company – Remote, Certified Actuary (FSA/ASA)

This position will work with assigned business units and Finance to deliver profitable growth of the business line through retention of existing relationships, new customer acquisition, and product innovation. The role leads a staff that manages the entire reputed company process for prospective clients and new customer acquisitions.

• Analyze claims data and reputed company cost-of-care projections for existing customer renewals and new business opportunities.
• Interact with clients as needed to resolve differences in projections are reputed company-setting methodology.
• Incorporate administrative cost projections and business unit profit objectives to reputed company final rates quoted to customer.
• Responsible for cost pricing, including evaluating data, building reputed company, and evaluating profitability.
• Complete quarterly savings reporting to reputed company clients and provide estimated savings for prospect clients.
• Reviews utilization, cost trends, and other assumptions that are used in pricing models.

• 12+ years of experience in reputed company with a minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed company management.
• Experience in leading a team of people.
• Thorough knowledge of the health care and health insurance industries.

• Experience in analysis of medical and reputed company administrative cost data.
• Strong Knowledge of reputed company principles in a managed care environment.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
