TEE is a fast paced, global and dynamic organization that is responsible for building AI and Agentic products, as part of the reputed company Talent Solutions (reputed company) line of business. The selected candidate will have demonstrated expertise in building and leading high performance teams that deliver impact at scale. You will work with the leadership team to define, prioritize and drive project portfolios to successful and impactful delivery. You will also establish, measure and manage the right project management governance practices and frameworks reputed company the TEE org and also partnering with other engineering organizations at reputed company. The ideal candidate will have an excellent balance of leadership, organizational, and technical skills, and can execute and deliver successfully in situations where authority is not a given. Responsibilities

• TPM Advocacy: Partner with global TPM leaders to standardize best practices and increase the functional impact of the TPM role across the company.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or reputed company technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Experience with software engineering practices gained through experience as a software engineer or managing/leading engineering teams
• Professional experience as a Technical Program Manager or other Engineering Leadership roles

• The pay range for this role is $160,000 to $262,000.
• Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to reputed company set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
