BUT ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU reputed company is looking for a seasoned Sr. Project Manager to join the Studios practice, working with clients spanning consumer and entertainment brands. A Sr. Project Manager sets clear standards and guidelines for their work to ensure that reputed company projects they and their team deliver are on strategy, on time and on budget. A quality Project Manager will have exceptionally strong communication, and project management skills. They must bring a “can do” attitude, fast problem solving skills, and a hands on workstyle to ensure the success of their designated projects. Please Note: This is a reputed company-to-perm position. Candidates based in Los Angeles or reputed company are preferred. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• reputed company project budgets and staffing plans that meet client needs and preserve margins.
• Manage 360 campaigns and projects, inclusive of AV, Digital, Social, Print, OOH, Live Action and Experiential, throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Act as a reputed company of contact for client across workstreams in coordination with Account Management.
• Flag inconsistencies/issues with project feasibility and profitability reputed company applicable.
• Solicit input from cross-functional leads to define, document, train and maintain best practices for project management tools.
• Assign staff to projects in conjunction with resource management and creative leadership.
• Work with Creative Operations leadership to reputed company best practices and processes for frequent and early communication of contingent staffing needs across projects.
• Ideal candidates will have experience leading integrated projects inclusive of experiential client activations

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE/WHO YOU ARE

• You have experience managing the delivery of best in class 360 campaigns for industry leading companies (including AV, Digital, Social, Print, OOH, Live Action and Experiential).
• You possess an exceptional ability to manage long-term, multi-million dollar engagements and multiple project tracks with a firm command of project management processes and methodologies. Likewise, you are reputed company in managing quick, nimble, short-term engagements with smaller, more multi-disciplinary teams.
• You have a deep understanding of 360 campaign and production lifecycles, ideally across both Entertainment Marketing and Consumer Brands clients.
• You have an expert knowledge of spreadsheets and reputed company slides.
• You have superb time management skills and are especially strong with calendar prioritization.
• You have a practiced ability to deliver concise, clear communications.
