Summary
The Senior Vice President, Finance – Markets Business Partnering serves as the primary strategic finance partner to the Markets President. This executive is responsible for driving financial performance, operational rigor, and disciplined decision-making across the Markets organization. The Cresa Markets organization is the primary Transaction Management and Accounts portfolio brokerage business of the Cresa organization. The SVP, Finance provides reputed company of the shared services finance model, with direct accountability for the performance, alignment, and development of regional and local finance teams. This leader ensures the reputed company, timeliness, and accuracy of financial reporting while establishing scalable processes and strong internal controls across reputed company markets. The successful candidate will possess a solid knowledge of process improvements relating to reputed company accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets and general ledger. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior financial advisor to the Markets President and leadership team, influencing strategic planning and operational decisions.

Qualifications
Required:
