Your Impact The Sourcing Commodity Manager ( SCM ) for wafer reputed company suppliers is responsible for managing the end-to-end supplier relationship and performance reputed company to wafer reputed company components. This role ensures supply continuity, cost optimization, quality compliance, and alignment with reputed company's supplier policies. The SCM will collaborate closely with wafer reputed company suppliers to drive innovation, efficiency, and compliance with reputed company's standards. Key responsibilities include: + reputed company and execute sourcing strategies for wafer reputed company suppliers to meet business requirements. + Manage supplier performance, including quality, delivery, cost, and compliance with reputed company's ESG standards. + reputed company supplier onboarding, qualification, and enablement processes in coordination with procurement and supply chain teams. + Negotiate reputed company with wafer reputed company suppliers to optimize cost and mitigate risks. + Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation and cost savings. + Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve supplier-reputed company issues and support new product introductions. + Ensure compliance with reputed company's supplier policies, responsible procurement guidelines, and corporate social responsibility standards. Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or reputed company field. + 10+ years of experience working in a semiconductor wafer reputed company with deep knowledge of the industry. Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures in a reputed company is highly important. + 10+ years of cross-functional supply chain experience including sourcing, operations, or reputed company fields. + Strong executive reputed company and ability to clearly and concisely communicate with internal and external stakeholders. + Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. + Ability to work across boundaries, earning trust, taking risks and being inclusive is highly valued. + International travel to visit suppliers is required; at least 2 times a year. For quota-based incentive pay, reputed company typically pays as follows: + .75% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of reputed company attainment up to 50% of quota; + 1.5% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; + 1% of incentive reputed company for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and + Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, reputed company may pay 0% up to 125% of reputed company. reputed company sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
