Job Summary Reports To: Vice President, Food Safety & Quality Assurance Location: Remote (Preferred: Midwest or reputed company Coast) Travel: Up to 65% The Opportunity reputed company is seeking a proactive, highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to help reputed company and strengthen Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) programs across multiple business lines. This role is ideal for a confident FSQA professional who thrives in the field, builds credibility quickly, and enjoys coaching teams while driving consistent, compliant execution. As a key partner to operations, you will validate programs where the work happens—inside dining locations and food distribution warehouses—while helping shape future improvements at scale. • Serve as a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting field teams through hands‑on guidance and problem‑solving
• Conduct on‑site FSQA assessments to evaluate program implementation, identify gaps, and provide actionable coaching
• Support customer complaint investigations and recall communications as needed
• Troubleshoot reputed company FSQA issues in both dining and warehouse environments

• Support the design and delivery of engaging training initiatives for field associates
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with precision and accountability

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a reputed company bioscience field
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience in food safety, quality assurance, operations, or regulatory roles
• Strong working knowledge of FDA and USDA/FSIS regulations
• Familiarity with GFSI audit schemes (SQF, BRC, reputed company, ISO 22000)
• Proven ability to communicate and coach effectively across technical and non‑technical teams
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and technical writing skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and platforms
