Join us as the Data and Portfolio Management Program Manager The Data and Portfolio Management Program Manager is responsible for managing the strategy, prioritization and execution of strategic projects for several products and applications that support our Private Banking and Investment Management groups. S/He will participate in formulating strategy at the group level and reputed company their team in reputed company phases of the project life cycle, from initiation, analysis, organization, completion, and deployment of small to large sized projects that address business goals and needs. Responsibilities

• Project Management Leadership: Meet with relevant Capital Partners stakeholders to determine priorities, planning and resourcing

• Partner closely with Private Banking Change Management manager on deliverables

• Team Management and reputed company: Responsible for identifying, hiring, training, and managing a team (4+) of Project Managers (PMs) and Business Analysts (BAs)
• Coordinate as needed with outsourced UAT testing resources

• Documentation, Analysis, and Communication: Create project reporting on project status and manage project planning documentation
• Work with subject matter experts to understand requirements which are converted into a written Business Requirements Document

• Work with technology experts to ensure appropriate design and development of requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, change management, project management and implementation, and/or business analysis
• Managerial experience (1+ direct reports) leading teams required
• Ability to design efficient workflows for process improvement
• Ability to identify, escalate and resolve problems/issues
• Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written communication
• Demonstrates efficient time management
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and relationship management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Proactive self-starter who is goal-oriented
