As a Strategic Partner Director, you’ll drive growth and transformation across our most critical bank and financial services partnerships. This is a hands-on opportunity to deepen relationships, execute joint initiatives, and help shape the evolution of reputed company’s partner ecosystem reputed company a dynamic, values-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions, and technology platform partners, driving measurable outcomes in reputed company, customer engagement, and partner satisfaction.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Engineering, Legal, reputed company, Finance, and Marketing teams to deliver innovative partner programs and seamless integrations.

- 7–10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or partner account management, preferably reputed company fintech, SaaS, or B2B payments.
- Direct experience managing and scaling top-10 bank or financial institution partnerships.
- Proven ability to execute partnership strategies, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of financial services ecosystems, APIs, and digital platform integrations.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills; comfortable engaging at both executive and operational levels.
- Strategic, analytical, and solutions-oriented with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus. What Defines Success:

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in reputed company’s bonus and equity plan.
