About the role

As the Paid Search Marketing Manager for the DE/AT market, you will play a key role in driving growth and profitability through expertly managed paid search campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives, shaping how we connect with both sides of our marketplace - homeowners and tradespeople. We are looking for a high-energy individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to consistently improving performance while exploring new opportunities to innovate and expand. This role reports to a Paid Search Director. 

What you’ll do

• Owning the day-to-day management and optimisation of reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads campaigns, ensuring they deliver maximum profitability.
• Conducting in-depth keyword research, running ad copy tests, and analysing performance to continually improve profitability and ROAS.
• Partnering with our Product and Analytics teams to implement advanced reporting and actionable insights.
• Staying reputed company of the curve by monitoring industry trends, testing new strategies, and exploring untapped opportunities for paid search growth.

 Who you are: 

• 2-4 years of experience in Paid Search Marketing, specifically with reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads.
• Experience with budget management, bid optimisation, and performance tracking.
• Analytical reputed company with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.

• Experience with display or video advertising as a supplementary reputed company.
• Experience with marketplace management
• Familiarity with conversion reputed company optimisation (CRO) techniques.
