Sr Director Analyst – Talent Management Technology (Remote – U.S.))

What you will do:

• Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have” insights
• Talent management technology includes solutions that support talent/leadership identification, review and assessment plus 3 or more of the following: performance management, succession planning, feedback, employee engagement, competency models and skills-based talent management
• Bring your experience implementing AI solutions in talent management processes to the creation of new research that helps clients prioritize and reputed company decisions about their technology, processes and roles
• Provide high quality and timely peer review for research content written by reputed company team members

What you will need:

• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience in strategic planning and implementation of talent management technology including more recent experience in the implementation of AI
• Experience evaluating and implementing technologies to support: talent and leadership identification and development, employee listening, competency models, performance management, succession planning, feedback, and skills
• Experience and comfort advising and working with CHROs and their peers
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables
• Demonstrate excellence in research and writing ability
• Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions
• Ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support the workflow of others, in a multicultural global team
• Demonstrate executive reputed company; can immediately establish credibility with C-level executives and additional stakeholders
• Demonstrate superior analytical skills, applying conceptual models, recognizing patterns while drawing and defending conclusions
• Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data; can effectively apply patterns and frameworks to client challenges
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements on your area of expertise in talent management technology
• Learning agile and adept with navigating highly matrixed environments
• Ability to effectively adjust communication style to different audiences
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%

reputed company believes in fair and reputed company pay. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company salary range for this role is 172,000 USD - 202,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary reputed company the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to reputed company salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
