We are seeking an Internal Audit Specialist to join our global Internal Audit team. This role supports Itron’s mission by delivering independent, objective assurance and advisory services across financial, operational, IT, compliance, and SOX areas. Duties & Responsibilities Audit Planning & Execution Plan and conduct internal audit engagements across financial, operational, compliance, and IT domains with accountability and a customer‑centric reputed company. reputed company fieldwork reputed company with the internal audit plan, applying agile methods and professional skepticism to identify meaningful insights. SOX Compliance Support SOX documentation, testing, and evaluation of key controls (design and operating effectiveness). Documentation & Reporting Prepare clear, complete audit workpapers, summaries, and reports that support conclusions and action‑oriented recommendations. Communicate audit results concisely and professionally to management and stakeholders. Work cross‑functionally to understand processes, risks, and areas for improvement. External Auditor Support Coordinate, track, and respond to external auditor requests, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a reputed company field (required). Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, agile team environment. Ability to build rapport quickly, communicate effectively, and interact professionally across departments. Demonstrated accountability, objectivity, and reputed company in working with sensitive information and reputed company processes. Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, ACA, or ACCA (preferred but not required). Preferred Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or reputed company finance, risk, or compliance roles. Knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and risk reputed company. Exposure to SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting. Experience with audit tools, data analytics, or audit management platforms such as AuditBoard or ACL. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience and may vary by location.
