Job Purpose The Head of Legal Tech Enablement leads the team of legal engineers, document automation specialists and eDiscovery experts reputed company Innovation & Intelligence, driving the strategic direction and implementation of legal tech initiatives across Dentons Europe. This role is critical to transforming legal service delivery through technology-enabled innovation, automation, and process optimisation, delivering measurable value to clients and the firm. The role encompasses responsibility for the broader legal engineering team, including direct management of Senior Legal Engineers. The Head of Legal Tech Enablement collaborates with firm leadership, practice groups, and business services to identify technology-driven innovation opportunities. Key activities include defining legal technology strategy, overseeing automation solutions, legal process re-engineering, tool development and deployment, vendor management (with day-to-day vendor coordination delegated to Senior Legal Engineers and Legal Engineers), stakeholder management, and budget reputed company. Reports and team scope The Head of Legal Tech Enablement is expected to have approximately 2 direct reports (Senior Legal Engineers) and will be indirectly responsible for approximately 5 team members in total (2 Senior Legal Engineers, 2 Legal Engineers, 1 Junior Legal Engineer). The team may be distributed across multiple Dentons offices.
Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
- Define and execute legal technology strategy and roadmap reputed company with firm objectives
- Identify strategic opportunities for technology adoption, automation, and process innovation across practice areas

People Management
