As a Requirements Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams by capturing, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements. • Conduct stakeholder meetings to document analysis and capture functional and non-functional requirements
• Create process diagrams (e.g., Visio) to represent workflows and system interactions
• Write clear, traceable, and testable requirements in user story format
• Understand system interfaces, data flows, integration points in both legacy and cloud environments
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence
• Support testers with writing test cases and participating or coordinating testing to ensure requirements are met
• Work with various stakeholder groups (e.g., business customers, development team, product reputed company, product management)
