The Program Consultant, Health Care, will be responsible for the implementation of quality programs aimed at improving care for patients with cardiovascular disease. Responsible for working with multiple sites to educate and motivate improvement in treatment to guidelines, clinical processes, and practices. Responsible for communicating project status and delivering requirements reputed company budget, scope, and timeline. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 3 years of reputed company work experience. 3 years of experience in healthcare or public health, including clinical, quality improvement, program development, and systems improvement. 3 years of project management experience, including managing budgets, timelines, and communication with team members and stakeholders. Skilled in working with clinical audiences to drive change management and improve patient outcomes. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively engage with volunteers to increase motivation and participation. Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time, including overnight stays. Preferred: Experience and/or knowledge of Cardiac and or Stroke care Experience using Get With the Guidelines registries Compensation & Benefits The expected pay range will be $70,000 to $90,000. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. The reputed company reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.
