About the Role

As the Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle and act as a strategic partner to organizations managing large property portfolios and sustainability initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and reputed company
  • Building and executing strategic account plans across named enterprise accounts
  • Identifying and engaging key stakeholders across sustainability, asset management, portfolio management, and operations teams
  • Conducting deep discovery to uncover executive priorities, quantify business impact, and surface potential objections early

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing reputed company, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience prospecting and multithreading reputed company large organizations
  • Strong consultative selling skills, ideally selling reputed company SaaS platforms
  • Excellent discovery skills with the ability to quantify financial and operational impact
  • Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles and engaging executive-level stakeholders
  • Confidence in negotiation and commercial structuring
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
