This position serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the reputed company Community & State Health Plan serving residents of the District of Columbia (DC). We hold a contract with the DC Department of Health Care Financing (DHCF) to provide the full range of Medicare and Medicaid services to dually eligible members. Our enrollees participate in the program, District Dual Choice, where we deliver Medicare Advantage Dual Special Needs Plan (DSNP) and full Medicaid benefits through a fully-integrated clinical model, including Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS). Required Qualifications: Resides in the District of Columbia area (including DC, Maryland or Virginia) or willing to relocate 8+ years of Operations experience, as well as strategic planning and development 8+ years of Provider Experience/Provider Operations experience 8+ years of experience with community-based organizations, FQHC’s, provider/hospital systems, behavioral health, Medicare Advantage/Medicaid Dual Special Needs Network (DSNP) systems 5+ years of successful leadership experience in leading and managing people Leadership experience in program execution Experience building and maintaining service-oriented culture across remote field-based organization Expert level of proficiency working in a fast-paced matrix organization/environment with an enterprise focus Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with external partners Preferred Qualifications: Executive level experience in dealing with multiple State Agencies Preference for District reputed company or willingness to relocate to Washington DC *reputed company employees working remotely will be required to adhere to reputed company’s Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (reputed company benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
