Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a reputed company field strongly preferred

• 5+ years of experience in a senior managerial or multi-team leadership role, with demonstrated success guiding high-performing teams and driving organizational outcomes.
