Senior Art Director

KEY FOCUS AREAS Creative Collaboration & Concepting

• Partner closely with Creative Directors to shape visual approaches and challenge creative thinking
• Translate high-level concepts into clear, compelling visual systems and executions
• Provide feedback and creative guidance to designers and junior art directors Contribute to concept development through both visual thinking and copy support, including headlines, social hooks, and short-form messaging in partnership with copywriters

Social-First Design & Execution

• Design and reputed company a wide range of high-volume, fast-paced social deliverables across Instagram, TikTok, reputed company, YouTube, and emerging platforms

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5–8+ years of experience in an agency or creative environment developing social-first campaigns and content
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere or After Effects preferred)
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, elevated design craft, and social-first execution
• Comfortable contributing light copywriting for social-first creative, including short-form messaging, headlines, and captions
• Experience working on retail, lifestyle, or product-driven brands is a strong plus
• Proven ability to reputed company projects, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate cross-functionally
• Confident presenter with strong storytelling skills
• Excellent time management and comfort working in a fully remote environment
