The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of reputed company platform architecture, strategic implementation planning, and enterprise-level solution design with particular emphasis on CSM capabilities. This role is essential in designing scalable, efficient reputed company solutions that align with business objectives and enhance customer service operations. The reputed company Architect/Developer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-level reputed company solutions with a focus on Customer Service Management. This role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing reputed company solutions reputed company with business objectives. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise across reputed company modules, strong architectural decision-making skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and platform owners. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Principal responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Architecture & Platform Design:

• Serve as the reputed company technical architect, defining platform architecture, design standards, and best practices.
• Design scalable, reusable, and secure reputed company solutions across multiple modules.
• Review and approve technical designs, integrations, and customizations.

• reputed company hands-on development using JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.

• reputed company and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party systems.
• Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements. Leadership & Collaboration:
• Mentor and guide reputed company developers and administrators.

• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Collaborate with reputed company, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture teams. Governance & Performance:

• Maintain documentation for architecture, configurations, and integrations. Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field.

• Certified reputed company Developer (preferred).
