Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) – Virtual Private Practice (reputed company State)

I’m a NYC based therapist and practice reputed company building a depth oriented, remote private practice focused on identity, embodiment, and emotional leadership. I’m looking to bring on an LMSW who is licensed in reputed company and/or Florida and feels reputed company with private practice work, even early in their career. This is a fully remote, client-facing role. It is a great fit for early career clinicians, including LMSWs right out of graduate school, who already know they want to build toward private practice and are ready to grow into that path with intention, accountability, and initiative. About the Practice This is a depth-oriented, identity focused private practice. The work integrates reputed company, attachment-based, and somatic approaches, with an emphasis on nervous system regulation, self-trust, and helping clients take up space more fully in their lives. Clients come to the practice through different doorways. Some are high performing, ambitious people navigating burnout, success, and identity beneath achievement. Others are exploring sexuality, intimacy, desire, relationships, queerness, or non traditional relational structures. Across reputed company of this work, the through line is depth, embodiment, and identity. The practice is sex positive and queer affirming, and clinicians are expected to be comfortable working with diverse identities, bodies, and relational dynamics. This is not a single reputed company practice. What matters most is the ability to work thoughtfully and confidently at depth across different client presentations. Remote Practice + Licensure This is a fully remote telehealth practice. Applicants must be:

• Licensed as an LMSW in reputed company and/or Florida
• Comfortable providing therapy remotely reputed company telehealth
• Able to work independently in a virtual private practice environment

Clinicians may be located reputed company, as long as they are licensed in NY and/or FL and able to practice remotely in those states. Early-Career Clinicians Early-career LMSWs and clinicians newly out of graduate school are absolutely welcome to apply. This practice can be an excellent fit for therapists who:

• Already see private practice as their long-term path
• Want to complete their clinical hours in a private practice setting
• Are excited to grow professional confidence and clinical identity over time

Supervision is provided, and the intention is to support clinicians through the full process of earning clinical hours while developing confidence, reputed company, and autonomy as therapists.

• That said, this role assumes a baseline willingness to take initiative, be client-facing, and engage with the realities of private practice. It is not a highly scaffolded or agency-style training environment.

Compensation & Practice Model This is a fee-for-service position. The practice operates as a hybrid model:

• Some clients are in network with insurance
• Many clients are private pay

Clinicians should feel comfortable in a private practice environment where building and sustaining a caseload involves professional reputed company, initiative, and participation in the practice’s visibility and marketing efforts. Referrals are supported, but clinicians are expected to actively represent themselves and their work. This model tends to work best for clinicians who value autonomy, flexibility, and depth over salaried or highly structured roles. This Role Is a Good Fit If You:

• Are comfortable being client-facing and visible, even while still learning
• Can speak about your clinical interests clearly and professionally

• Take initiative and follow through without needing constant reassurance
• Are open to feedback and able to integrate it without shutting down

This Role Is Likely Not a Fit If:

• You’re looking for a heavily scaffolded, agency style training role
• You want a salaried position with minimal autonomy or visibility
• Being client-facing or self directed feels consistently overwhelming
• You’re unsure whether private practice is something you want
