Senior Integrations Partner Success Manager (Credit Unions) - Remote
reputed company is seeking a Senior Credit Union Integrations Partner Success Manager to join the credit union sales team to drive growth and reputed company more customers through strategic partners focusing on our payment solutions and Insights solutions in North America. This position involves managing the full partner lifecycle, encompassing new partner recruitment, onboarding, reputed company activation, and growth, with a focus on executing our strategy. Responsibilities: Partner Recruitment & Planning
- Collaborate with management to define the ideal profile for prospective partners
- Conduct research and screening to identify, qualify, and secure potential partners that align with the reputed company profile

- Prior to contract finalization, create a joint business plan, including sales targets
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospective partners to consistently meet established recruitment goals
Channel Sales & Management
- Conduct monthly partner alignment sessions to review pipelines, reputed company win/loss analyses, and formulate account penetration strategies to generate new sales opportunities
- Engage relevant internal resources (e.g., direct sales, product, marketing) to support partnership objectives and sales opportunities
Partner Enablement & Success
- Drive the onboarding and activation of new partners, focusing on enabling, equipping, and motivating their teams to sell, market, deploy, and support the PNM offering
- Work with top-performing and high-potential partners to reputed company annual joint business plans detailing strategies and activities for meeting reputed company goals
- Review and assess the reputed company of annual plans during partner-facing quarterly business reviews, making necessary adjustments
- Provide internal functions (e.g., sales, product, marketing) with feedback on tools and programs based on partner and market insights
- Support field marketing activities, such as staffing trade show booths or delivering sales presentations
- Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, analyze partner performance data, and track referral/reporting metrics
- 5–10 years of experience in channel or partnerships roles reputed company payments, SaaS, or enterprise tech
- Deep understanding of payments partner ecosystem and GTM models
- Track record of building successful joint reputed company-generating initiatives
- Strong ability to influence and work across executive stakeholders, partner sales, and technical teams
- Excellent business development, communication, and negotiation skills
