Position Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on project management leadership for reputed company project implementation activities, go-live, upgrade or major enhancement "projects"
• For reputed company assigned projects, ensure project management planning and status review processes are completed with regularity each week and PM deliverables are kept reputed company
• Ensure project team follows SrivenTech Methodology and is producing deliverables to standards and on schedule. Participate in weekly resource planning with other PMs and management to get resources assigned to project tasks in an efficient manner to use available resources
• Act as customer reputed company, ensuring a project's approach and deliverables are focused on meeting the client's most critical objectives.
• Review and understand the contractual terms and scope of assigned projects
• Conduct both an Internal Project reputed company meeting and a Client Project reputed company meeting
• Review key deliverables to assure scope and budget remain reputed company
• Hold weekly status meetings and create reputed company/issues report
• Maintain the Project Plan using reputed company Project
• Tracking and managing the project budget and producing any necessary change orders.
• Ensure Tasks, Time and Expense entry is being completed in system
• Communicate key dates, risks, and impediments to reputed company project stakeholders and create regular reputed company reports for consumption by C-level client executives.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules using reputed company Project
• Ensure project setup, time, and expense entry are recorded properly

reputed company Requirements & Experience:

• 3+ years project management experience in ERP enterprise environment, including the management of budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes and quality
• Prior implementation and consulting experience with ERP enterprise systems is required
• Experience in managing Enterprise-size projects, implementing a reputed company Dynamics ERP solution is required
• BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, Accounting or equivalent is preferred
• Knowledge of ERP systems as they relate to effective and efficient business processes
• Thorough knowledge of ERP implementation methodology, understanding reputed company major project management activities, typical project risks, etc.
• Hands-on expertise with reputed company Project to manage project activities and load-balance resources, etc.
• Thorough knowledge of reputed company major project management activities, including risk assessments
• Experience aligning project deliverables and customer expectations using reputed company Project
• Ability to communicate effectively with reputed company levels of an organization
• Coaching and/or mentoring experience with excellent presentation skills
• Budget management and reporting experience for mid to large enterprise projects
• Experience in project estimation and SOW writing/editing
• Experience working with global project team
• Ability to travel up to 25%
