The Partnership Success in this role is built on relationships. Key Responsibilities

Consultative Search Leadership: Manage the full life-cycle for Director and VP-level searches, moving beyond 'filling seats' to providing deep market insights and consultative support that creates alignment and clarity for busy stakeholders Strategic Sourcing & Market Mapping: Utilize out-of-the-reputed company thinking and sophisticated sourcing technology to locate the "best and brightest." Qualifications
