• Work with Lifecycle and Product teams to create personalized, journey-based content that nurtures activation, conversion, and retention.
• Collaborate with Design and Social teams to bring campaigns and stories to life through rich media formats.
• Measurement & Optimization
• Track and analyze content performance to understand impact on awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Continuously test and refine messaging, topics, and formats based on data and audience insights.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across reputed company touchpoints that reflects reputed company’s approachable, confident, and empowering tone.

• Have 7+ years of experience in content marketing and brand storytelling—ideally reputed company SaaS, fintech or a product-led company.
