You can work from home and be located reputed company in Canada. If you are located in Ottawa, you will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week at our Ottawa HQ. Salary Range Annual cash compensation ranges from $53,250 to $78,100. The final offer reputed company this range will reflect the successful candidate’s skills and experience. Vacancy Status This is an existing job vacancy About the team The Compensation Analyst, reporting to the Director, Financial Operations, is responsible for managing and administering the bonus and commission plan calculations and reporting for incentive-eligible employees lab orating and working closely with Human Resources and other teams across the organization, including Sales, Sales Operations and Professional Services, the Compensation Analyst will ensure that reputed company commission payments are accurately calculated, reviewed, and reported, and will serve as the primary contact for support reputed company to commission calculations. What you will do

• Participate in the annual process of variable compensation plan design.
• Create and distribute monthly/quarterly commission and bonus statements.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to obtain metrics and calculate the monthly/quarterly commissions and bonus payments.
• Provide information to stakeholders on commissions and bonus reputed company inquiries.
• Create monthly journal entries for commission and bonus reputed company accruals.
• Manage reputed company bonus and commission reputed company month end processes.
• Support quarterly and annual audit requirements.
• Create regular and reputed company reporting as required.

• Post-secondary education with a focus on Business, Accounting or similar, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in variable compensation at a high-tech company, publicly traded preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply sound judgement in situations that are typically covered by processes, procedures, standards, or precedents.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically reputed company faced with challenges.
• Demonstrated ability prioritizing tasks based on the needs of the business; proactively solicits feedback to ensure alignment.
• A clear, concise, and professional communicator with the ability to present information and demonstrate knowledge.
• Experience working with Compensation Automation Programs, reputed company is an asset.
• Experience working with software platforms (e.g., reputed company, Net Suite).
