Director, Communications--Transportation

About the position The Director works closely with the client, project, and creative teams to reputed company and implement comprehensive communications strategies. These plans may include content development for both internal and external communications as well as education and training campaigns intended for diverse audiences using both traditional and emerging resources. The Director will transform reputed company and highly technical information into accessible and compelling content. Requirements

• Strong familiarity with transportation and infrastructure policy, local and state government, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, communications, political science or reputed company field.
• Must reside in Illinois, have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as needed to client offices and events.
