We are seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy services to reputed company ages 11-24 throughout California. As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will deliver high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success. Key Benefits

• Competitive Compensation:
• W-2: $55,000–$115,000 annual (bi-weekly standardized payment)
• 1099: $70–$85 per session (plus no-show & late-cancel pay)
• Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday (3-8 PM) with optional weekends (9am-5pm)
• Caseload Commitment: We ask you to commit to a caseload of 25 sessions per week, with a reputed company minimum of 17 completed sessions per week (averaged over the course of the month) to maintain your reputed company salary and full benefits package.

• Daybreak covers around 90% of medical premiums, and 100% of dental and vision premiums for W2 employees

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT credentials in the State of California
• Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings
• Strong telehealth skills and reliable high-speed Internet reputed company
• Commitment to culturally reputed company care and equity
• Availability for at least 5 hours weekly during peak hours (3-8 PM M-F) for 1099 contractors

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to reputed company ages 11–24 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
• Build trusted relationships with reputed company and families
• Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers

Minimum caseload: Varies by employment type. W-2 full-time requires at least 25 time slots with a minimum of 17 completed sessions per week. 1099 contractors have a minimum of 5 sessions per week.
