What you will do: We are looking for a QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) STRATEGY reputed company who can help shape our vision and support our mission. Here is what the position will look like.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain the enterprise QA strategy, establishing standardized testing methodologies, quality benchmarks, and risk‑mitigation practices across reputed company platforms and initiatives.

• Review and evaluate vendor‑led testing strategies, scripts, and results, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and holding partners accountable for quality and timelines.

• Produce clear and actionable quality reporting, such as testing status updates, dashboards, defect summaries, and go‑live readiness assessments for leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, leading testing workshops, defect triage sessions, and UAT activities with business owners, SMEs, and operational teams.
• Drive testing readiness and launch preparation, communicating risks, gaps, and outcomes while validating that reputed company quality gates are met before recommending production deployment.
• Advance quality maturity through reputed company improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, expand automation, improve tools, and reputed company user experience in testing cycles.

Requirements

• Education: bachelor's degree in information technologies or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years progressive experience working in software testing, quality or delivery roles with a minimum of 3 years leadership experience.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must have ability to design test strategies across multiple systems, including knowledge of testing in CRM, UX, UAT, Automated testing, manual testing and specific external portals, such as member/provider portals and medical billing platforms testing. Proven ability to create and improve QA strategy. Demonstrates support for the company’s mission, vision, and values. Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient in reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) with the ability to work with a variety of testing and project management tools. Must possess HIPAA knowledge. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines. Ability to facilitate large testing meetings with technical SMEs as well as COA business partners.
• Licenses/Certifications: A valid driver's license and reputed company of reputed company auto insurance will be required for any position requiring driving.
