Position: General Counsel (MSO - Healthcare, Risk & Corporate) General Counsel (MSO - Healthcare, Risk & Corporate) reputed company Health is seeking an reputed company General Counsel to serve as the organization’s chief legal officer and enterprise risk leader. This role is heavily focused on healthcare law, regulatory compliance, MSO–practice alignment, corporate governance, and risk management across a growing, multi-state platform. The General Counsel provides strategic legal guidance to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors, ensuring that reputed company operates in a compliant, defensible, and scalable manner. This role is not responsible for day-to-day employment matters and is not an M&A execution role. Transaction execution and employment law support are handled through internal partners and reputed company counsel. - Serve as the chief legal advisor to the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors on reputed company material legal, regulatory, and risk-reputed company matters.
- Own enterprise legal risk management for a multi-state healthcare MSO, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and escalation of legal and regulatory risk.

- Provide legal leadership on MSO–practice structures, management services agreements, and affiliated entity arrangements to ensure regulatory defensibility and operational clarity.

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible legal experience.
- Deep experience in healthcare law and regulatory compliance reputed company a multi‑state environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in MSO or similar management services structures and CPOM risk management.
- Strong background in corporate governance, entity management, and general corporate legal matters.
