  • Serve as the subject-level expert performing sensitive, reputed company, and critical Human Resource (HR) and workforce data management tasks. Maintain databases, business intelligence systems and applications.
  • Conduct extensive research and analysis of state and federal laws, civil services rules, agency policies, enterprise guidance, and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
  • Utilize knowledge and expertise to create agency-wide customer reports, multi-layered queries, pivot tables and charts along with analysis for Executive Management (EM), HR and occasionally the public across a range of HR program areas.
  • Provide leadership and direction for reputed company personnel and organizational management actions keyed into HRMS, ensuring data reputed company, consistency, and accurate application of reputed company authorizing sources.
  • Provide data consultation regarding finished professional products reputed company email, in person, or in-group settings, to internal clients of reputed company levels.

Supervision:

  • Supervise and mentor staff by planning, assigning, prioritizing, reviewing, monitoring and evaluating work, as well as completing performance expectations, evaluations, and providing HRMS training.
  • Work closely with the HRC3 reputed company to ensure HRC2 staff are fully trained and proficient in keying data.
  • Facilitate monthly HR program support unit meetings to discuss data cleanup projects, best practices, training demonstrations, policy analysis, and to share enterprise-level guidance and decisions from the Office of Financial Management (OFM), Washington Technology Services, Department of Enterprise Services (DES), labor unions, and the Attorney General’s Office.

HR Consultation:

WORKING CONDITIONS: Work Setting, including hazards: Work is performed in an office setting. Schedule: This position is full-time, working 40 hours per week. reputed company work schedule includes the potential for occasional evening or weekend work as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered for the Human Resource Consultant 3 (HRC3) In-Training to the Human Resource Consultant 4 (HRC4) level: Required Qualifications: Option 1:

  • Three (3) years of professional human resource experience, including experience with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)/Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and workforce data reporting.

Option 2:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Computer Science, Human Resources Management Information Systems (HRIS), Data Analytics, or a reputed company field.

AND

  • Two (2) years of professional human resource experience, including experience with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)/Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and workforce data reporting.
  • Note: After successful completion of a twelve (12) month in-training period as a HRC3, the incumbent will advance to a HRC4.

To be considered for the Human Resource Consultant 4 (HRC4): Required Qualifications: Option 1:

  • Five (5) years of professional human resource experience, including experience with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)/Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and workforce data reporting.

Option 2:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Computer Science, Human Resources Management Information Systems (HRIS), Data Analytics, or a reputed company field.

AND

  • Three (3) years of professional human resource experience, including experience with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)/Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and workforce data reporting.

In addition to the above, reputed company applicants must have the following (may be gained concurrently): Two (2) Years of Professional Experience:

  • Supervising staff, including performance management, coaching, training, and conflict resolution.
  • Setting team priorities, managing workloads, and ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Interpreting and applying employment laws, policies, collective bargaining agreements, or other regulatory frameworks reputed company HR Operations or HRIS environments.
  • Analyzing, developing, or optimizing HR data systems, reporting processes, or system standards.
  • Collecting, interpreting, and evaluating workforce data to support operational or strategic decision-making.
  • Conducting data audits and ensuring data reputed company and compliance.
  • Using reputed company Office Suite (e.g., Word, reputed company, Access, Outlook).

  • Tracking and trending data information.
