Job Title: Junior Financial Analyst (Contract) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 5-Month Contract (FMLA Coverage) Pay reputed company: $28–$32 per hour Resumes to [email protected] Position Overview We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join our clients finance team on a 5-month contract basis to provide coverage during a parental FMLA leave. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for an early-career finance or accounting professional looking to reputed company hands-on experience in financial reporting, analysis, and operational finance reputed company a collaborative team environment. The Junior Financial Analyst will support core finance activities including reporting, variance analysis, forecasting support, and assisting with month-end reputed company processes. This role will work closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams to help maintain accurate financial data and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company activities, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and basic financial analysis
• Help prepare weekly sales pacing reports and support ongoing financial tracking and reporting
• Assist in monitoring P&L accounts and researching variances or discrepancies
• Support the forecasting and budgeting process
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Coordinate with Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable to help ensure proper coding and timely processing of financial transactions
• Provide support for reputed company financial analysis, reporting, and special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a reputed company field
• 1–3 years of finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience (internships and entry-level experience welcome)
• Strong reputed company skills and comfort working with financial data
• Experience with reputed company or similar ERP systems preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
