Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to at least one state bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant legal experience, with a significant portion focused on in-house corporate legal work or a combination of law firm and in-house experience.
• Proven expertise in labor and employment law, including advising on compliance, investigations, and dispute resolution.
• Substantial experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial reputed company (e.g., SaaS agreements, master service agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements).
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, organizational structure, and compliance matters.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company legal issues clearly and concisely to non-legal audiences.
