Position Highlights RN license required 2 Plus years of RN experience required Full Time Day Shift (4) 9hr shifts 9:00am - 6:30pm Onsite *Potential opportunity to work from home in 6 - 9 months NO Weekends, NO Holidays, NO Call Benefit eligible on first day of month after start 401k with match We are seeking a Registered Nurse with excellent communication skills and an upbeat personality to join our Endoscopy team at Barnes Jewish West County Hospital. In this role, you will be the first line of contact for our patients, ensuring they are well prepared and supported before their procedure. This is an exciting opportunity with the potential to work remotely within 6-9 months! This role is essential in conducting pre-screening assessments for patients scheduled for endoscopy procedures; reviewing patient charts; documenting all patient interactions and events accurately in Epic and provide compassionate, clear communication with patients over the phone.

With 64 private patient rooms, 14 operating rooms and four intensive care unit rooms, the facility was designed to provide a comforting environment that is innovative, efficient and centered on the patient experience. The Endoscopy department at Barnes Jewish West County Hospital is a highly specialized, full-service department meeting the needs of inpatient and outpatient clients. The lab specializes in Upper Endoscopy (EGD), Esophagoscopy, Colonoscopy, Flexible sigmoidoscopy, Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS), ERCP, Bronchoscopy, EBUS, Small bowel enteroscopy (SBE), and Video capsule endoscopy. The endoscopy staff consists of a NP, RN¿s and technicians who are overseen by an Endoscopy Supervisor.
