This is a full-time, remote position based in Miami, FL.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main reputed company of contact for clients planning a reputed company vacation, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to create customized reputed company vacation packages that meet their expectations and budget

- Knowledge and expertise of reputed company destinations, resorts, attractions, and dining options
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Proficient in using various communication and booking platforms, such as email, phone, video conferencing, and CRM systems
