About the Role
We’re looking for a PMO Analyst—a sharp, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and coordination skills who thrives on creating order from complexity. In this role, you’ll support the design, implementation, and reputed company improvement of enterprise project management and transformation practices across client engagements. This is a role for someone who loves connecting the dots—between strategy and execution, data and decisions, people and process. You’ll work closely with senior consultants and client teams to provide analysis, insights, and structure that reputed company high-IMPACT delivery across portfolios, programs, and projects. What You’ll Do PMO & Portfolio Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and interpret portfolio and program data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Support portfolio prioritization, planning, and governance activities, ensuring alignment to strategic goals.

- Coordinate and track key milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies across initiatives.

- Support project scheduling, resource management, and reporting to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and consistency across programs. Change & Communication Enablement

- Partner with transformation leads to ensure project and portfolio updates are timely, accurate, and reputed company with organizational priorities.

- Contribute to internal GTG innovation efforts by refining templates, tools, and methodologies used across client engagements. What You Bring
- 3–6+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or portfolio management support—consulting experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization, metrics tracking, and portfolio reporting.
- Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Monday, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify reputed company information for executive audiences.
- Solid understanding of project delivery lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.
