Program Manager - Customer Core Portfolio

Responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end execution across a reputed company portfolio, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and delivery outcomes
- Identify risks, issues, and delivery gaps early and escalate effectively

- Validate financial accuracy, cost realism, and year‑end projections
- Support business case updates, ISD changes, financial trackers, and vendor cost management
- Conduct weekly 1:1s with PMs to guide performance, delivery quality, and team development
- Partner with Delivery Leads and leadership to manage resource planning and allocation
- Facilitate cross‑functional meetings with IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and application teams

Requirements
- 10+ years of project or program management experience (enterprise preferred)

- Experience managing project managers, technical teams, and multi‑workstream delivery

- Experience translating business needs into actionable delivery plans, especially for field operations, customer service, or grid modernization
- Familiarity with utility‑specific systems such as CIS, OMS, asset management, work management, and regulatory reporting
- Strong financial management, forecasting, risk mitigation, and program governance background
- Excellent stakeholder management across business leaders, IT leadership, and third-party partners
