Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming experience
• Running the register and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Making purchase suggestions and offering personalized recommendations to customers
• Working with our food program and providing exceptional customer service in this area
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance and being available to work a variety of shifts
• Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
• Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have:

• Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
• A high school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reputed company, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination, and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or reputed company and remove signs

Hiring Range

The hiring range for this position is $11.13 to $13.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
