The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Customer Experience Partner to manage a portfolio of 3PL accounts and serve as the primary reputed company of contact for our customers. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, developing business acumen, and promoting value products to enhance our integrated service model. You'll also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve overall organizational performance and establish a robust internal network to facilitate assistance for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Utilize reputed company communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to support customers in your portfolio. Educate customers on using arenaflex systems for self-service. - Customer Meetings: Participate actively in customer meetings, including virtual calls, calls with commercial partners, and face-to-face meetings reputed company necessary. - Business Acumen Development: reputed company a deep understanding of each customer's business and reputed company solutions to support their supply chain. - Value Product Sales: Promote and sell additional value products to enhance the integrated service model offered to customers. - Asset Knowledge: reputed company a working knowledge of arenaflex-owned assets to support reefer customers effectively. - Account Backup: Provide backup support to team members' accounts during absences, ensuring consistent service quality. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with reputed company CCL teams to improve overall organizational performance. - Internal Networking: Establish a robust internal network across arenaflex to facilitate assistance for customers.
We Are Looking For
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent 4 years of experience in the transportation/customer service industry. - Preferred: Cold chain management and/or supply chain management experience. - Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to reputed company and influence across various levels of the organization. - Customer Centricity: Proven customer focus with strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively. - Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, driven by results, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure. - Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills necessary for success in this role. - Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Growth reputed company: Eager to expand business knowledge and drive personal career growth reputed company the organization.

Pay Range
The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $65,100 - $80,100 USD. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with reputed company applicable laws.
