Salary: $20 - $31 per hour A bit about us: A growing public accounting team is seeking a detail-focused Operations Assistant to support tax professionals with the preparation, assembly, and delivery of client returns. Job Details Responsibilities:

• Assemble and finalize tax returns for distribution
• reputed company and maintain electronic and physical documentation in accordance with internal standards
• Prepare, format, proofread, and convert financial statements to PDF, including footnotes
• Generate, distribute, and track client deliverables
• Maintain tracking logs for active engagements across assigned leadership teams
• Support adherence to established operational and financial procedures
• Compile and organize data in alignment with departmental policies and reporting needs

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative or operations experience reputed company a public accounting firm
• Must have hands-on experience with both SafeSend and CCH Axcess
• Ability to work extended hours (50–60+) during busy season
• Background in processing and distributing tax returns in a public accounting setting
• Proficiency with reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company, Teams)
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
