Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression
- Registering sales on assigned cash registers, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Recommending items for sale to customers and suggesting trade-up and/or companion items
- Registering customer purchases on assigned cash registers, collecting cash and distributing change as requested; processing voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
- Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves, and ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
- Assisting with separation of food items and product placement, using the first-in, first-out method and restocking outs
- Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive selling of promotional photo products
- Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, reputed company, and orderly store condition and appearance
- Complying with reputed company company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers, and completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Requires willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred
- Prior work experience with arenaflex preferred
- reputed company in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) preferred
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours, preferred
