Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll provide exceptional support to our clients reputed company the telephone, chat, and/or email to ensure tickets are tasked and routed to the correct queues. You'll validate work requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to established standards, verify work authorization, and gather and enter information into databases in accordance with established procedures. You'll also prioritize and assign daily work/tasks based on remaining SLA times, reputed company tasking, and first-in, first-out, and escalate problems or tickets to higher-level management reputed company required.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support reputed company the telephone, chat, and/or email to our customers and/or technicians to ensure tickets are tasked and routed to the correct queues.
- Validate work requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to established standards.
- Prioritize and assign daily work/tasks based on remaining SLA times, reputed company tasking, and first-in, first-out.
- Escalate problems or tickets to higher-level management reputed company required and/or necessary.
- Gather and enter information into databases in accordance with established procedures.
- Verify work authorization has been obtained by the client and company.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Required Experience: 1+ years of reputed company experience
- reputed company Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
- Required Skills and Abilities: communication and problem-solving
- Location: On Site
- US Citizenship Required
- Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 2pm - 10pm
