Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly

Preferred Qualifications
