Key Responsibilities:

- Become a product expert and provide accurate information to customers about our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and effective support
Essential Qualifications:
